What Regiment / Position are you looking to apply for: Commander/A Senior Officer Role within Shock

Why are you looking to become a Commander on Arctic Networks: I have really enjoyed the server in my time here, allbeit breif, as I see a very tightly-knit and welcoming community, systems of progression and specialisation in nearly every career path, always options when it comes to entertaining oneself inbetween events, and generally the atmosphere of the server is far more anjoyable than larger servers I could play on. I intend to stick around for some time and from what I can see, one of the most broken areas of the server is law enforcement at the moment, and so I would like to work to fix these problems as a means of giving back to the community

Do you have experience commanding any other regiments in the past or on other servers: I was Marshall Commander of the Coruscant Guard on Euphoria Networks, Captain of the Shock Commandos on Multiverse Gaming Imperial, Major of the Purge Troopers on Multiverse Imperial, Rear Admiral of the Imperial Navy on Multiverse Imperial, Grand Moff Tarkin and Chief Executive Officer of the Imperial Security Bureau on Nova Networks and Supreme Commander of the Imperial Armed Forced on Sunshine Servers.

What is something unique you could bring to your regiment: Firstly: I have a no-tolerance policy when it comes to misbehaviour from even the highest rank, and will have no issue arresting the highest echelons of power. This is becase if you allow misbehaviour at the top it spreads to the bottom- which is something I am seeing a lot of on this server. Secondly: I can build up a regiment through recruitment and training, two things I also don't see much of. Third: I have a wealth of experience and I enjoy blending the skills and special traits I have developed through my immense playtime. For example: Shock may be a more RP regiment but I would also give into the desire to mess around and have some fun every now and again, by making use of more effective weapons and frontline positioning. Finally: I am an incredibly good organiser. I will more than likely redesign the discord and any document nessecary to create an affective infestructure to begin expanding Shock into something great. 


As a small disclaimer, I would like to note that I am new here, but I think that it doesnt take a genius to see that the state shock is in currently is fairly bad, and most people can see this. I am not going to market myself as the only solution for Shock, but the regiment clearly needs work, and I am more than happy to grit my teeth and put in the work. Thank you for reading.
